「Stayed 2 nights at this lovely place. The unit was clean, quiet and exactly as advertised. The kitchen area and living room are very nice and have everything you need for your stay. The bedrooms are well decorated and have large closets and very comfortable beds. Hosts were easy to reach and quick to answer any questions we had. The location was great - only minutes from West Edmonton Mall in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Would definitely stay at this home again.」

「We stayed here to help our son move from university. This suite is clean and has a lovely little kitchen area where we made coffee and breakfast. The internet access was easy to link onto and fast. The bathroom has good shower pressure, shampoo & body wash and plenty of towels. Appreciated the in-suite laundry so we could wash a load of laundry before we travelled home. 」

「This unit was clean and the property managers created an easy check in/check out process (without an excessive list of check out responsibilities). This is a basement unit with larger windows. The ad shows a lot of cozy throw blankets and we loved this vibe however there were no throw blankets on site - not a "make it or break" it detail but we were a bit disappointed. If you are looking for a good, basic suite, you will be satisfied with this one.」

"客室内は充分な広さで立地も電車の駅から近くて、便利でした。ですが、ホテルの近くのコンビニや公園は治安があまりよくない印象で警察が毎日のようにきていました。夜は周辺を歩かない方が良さそうです。また、部屋の壁が薄く、廊下や隣の人の声が大きく夜中に何度も目が覚めてしまいました。ベットメイキングの際、チップの場所がわかり難かったの悪いですが、ベットメイキングをしていただけませんでした。ちょっと悲しかったです。受付のスタッフの方はとても今印象だったので、最初と最後は気持ちよく過ごせたので、その点はよかったです。"

"中心地まで鉄道で3駅で到着なのでとても便利。ホテルの裏口と駅が隣接しているのでストレス無しで移動ができました。トイレの電球が切れていたのでわざわざ外してわかる様に置いておいたのに切れた電球がそのまま設置されていたのは残念でした。123号室です。"

"フロントの高齢の女性スタッフの対応は悪い。単に、空港からシャトルバスを頼むと電話しただけなのに、名前のみでなく、しつこく予約番号まで聞いてくる。普通はあり得ないこと。耳が遠いようでコミュニケーション取れない。他の若いスタッフは皆、対応は良い。レストラン＆バーのスタッフはフレンドリーで対応が良い。ただし、人手不足のため長時間待たされるのは覚悟すべし。"
