Breakfast at the cafe was great at the Evergreen. The food at One Fishing Place Floating restaurant was decent, but wasn’t too appetizing. However, I would say the staff made the stay memorable. "Nice and clean property and with a great view. Everything is around here allot of fresh fruit stands on the main road, as well as tons of restaurants and coffee /bakery shops. A great place to stay to relax, the property got access to a nice swimming pool and gym, bowling alley. Enjoy a cooler climate up here compare to the lowlands. Highly recommend this place. Anne is great to deal with, nice and friendly lady. "

"This place was probably nice in the 90s but is literally falling apart. Nothing to walk to but the hotel does have a shuttle with different pricing depending on who you ask. GRAB is not a thing here. FYI if you are traveling with littles they ONLY have studios and made quite a fuss about an extra cot. The staff are pleasant and the breakfast has a nice view. If you are sensitive to smell, this is not the place for you. Very damp, dank smell throughout. "

"This is based on my personal experience. I have no intention to discredit or make it a general comment. First, I was pressured with the multiple calls from the "caretaker" where I was at -- starting from 2pm onwards. (Already told them Im gonna be late and will pay the late check in fee.) They still call, saying they are waiting for me.Secondly, the rooms are not that comfortable to stay with. Needs Improvement! Found ants too. Linens and blankets are old. Washroom are not that clean...

"Rooms are clean and spacious. You can really sleep comfortably with their clean linens. You can bring in and cook food . Lacking kitchen appliances though like kettle, microwave , oven toaster. Cooking stove we had has 1 burner working, the other is useless :( That was time consuming working on a single burner. Door knobs are defective, aircon units are outmodeled (you can hear it working at nighttime) and the other acu in 1 room leaks. Bulb in 1 CR was busted. As for toiletries, shampoos and...

"I wasn’t able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel but was able to enjoy the hospitality and helpfulness of the very lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and able to get a taxi around the very elusive Tagatay mountains. The room was average but large and comfortable. Only negative comment is that the bathroom needs an upgrade with some stains on the floor and rusting/limescale of the shower head. "
