"This is an older hotel, but in perfect condition. It i being run as a budget hotel. The architecture is very interesting, 3 curved spokes. My room was HUGE. It is currently rin as budget hotel. I got it for a rediculously low price. There is a Japnese buffet breakfast with a wide variety of food. It was included in my rate."
