"Welcoming staff. Room had a very strong air freshener smell like it was trying to cover up an oder. I notice the details and saw that there were a couple hairs in the tub, smears on the mirror, hairdryer not secured in its cradle, and white spots on the bed skirt near the wall, like a drink had been spilled. This just tells me the cleaning staff hurried through the steps without care. The carpet and chair gave a grungy feel to the room. Some people might overlook all this but don't so I wont be staying here again."

"Pet-friendly with lots of area to air dogs. Compliments to the management for fixing the problems we encountered. First night there was no hot water. Hair dryer in room burned up and smelled. Water was fixed next day and hair dryer replaced! A nice average hotel right on highway. Suggest you try the Red Rooster Restaurant!"

"Pictures appear much nicer than actual property. Office had a bad odor as we checked in and found the rooms were also horribly smelling. No fans in bathroom and looks like dispensers were ripped completely out of the wall. Rooms are run down with ceiling and wall paint chipping. Door very hard to secure. Toilet and shower were old stained. More like a Room for hourly rent...if you know what i mean. Terribly disappointed in expedia for even allowing them on their web site. Not worth the money spent and DO NOT recommend. "

"Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room was clean but bathroom fan didn’t work and I could smell mold. I have a bloodhound nose so maybe not everyone would care. Front desk was concerned and made note for maintenance. There is a grow house and dispensary next door. The outside had strong odor from that but inside DID NOT Smell at all. They have coffee machine available 24/7. I love that! Breakfast was as good as I expect. With potatoes, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereals, breads, etc. McDonalds, subway and a Mexican restaurant are very near. Walmart, a grocery store, auto parts stores etc, 2 miles away in Blackwell. "
