「Nicely decorated, secure and clean rooms. The area is fairly quiet and the view is very relaxing. The front desk staff assisted me with everything I needed. A very convenient location not far from the hotel itself. The airport staff was also great in assisting me. A nice lady called the hotel and ask them to send the shuttke and they did. 「 Very relaxing! Easy to drive to from the airport 」

「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

「It was a very cute spot to stay and was close to the airport. The showers were covered in ants and our rooms were never cleaned. After we were told they would be cleaned on the second day. No one ever came to clean the room and our concern about the bugs were never addressed.」

「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「Clean and modern rooms. Hotel is located "center ice" for restaurants and shopping. Short convenient walk to beach, with hotel-reserved loungers and umbrellas, very helpful. Front desk very responsive and helpful. Room cleaning service was a bit inconsistent, but front desk responded quickly to resolve」

「The Sands was a fine hotel but they fell short in several areas. Staff was generally unfriendly- specifically restaurant, store and front desk. There was an ant problem outside the room each night and we did find a few ants in our room. Room layout is awesome! Location also helpful. We like a resort feel and felt The Sands did a poor job of making guests feel pampered. Was very difficult to get beach service and when we did it arrived in a paper takeout bag. 「1st guest at the hotel as I've told. They just recently opened and has restaurant on the property. It's 5 mins or less walk to the beach entrance. Conveniently located at downtown grace bay area near shops and restaurants. The restaurant is delicious and comes with breakfast included. One of the better restaurants in the vicinity! 」
