The house is located 10 minutes from Cahuita and 25 minutes from Puerto Viejo.

The house has 5 spaces:
- Kitchen, living room and laundry space.
- Common Deck with dining area.
- Master room with a private bathroom and walking closet
- Secondary room with a nest window.
- Secondary bathroom.

The property has a large outdoor space: two spaces with a garden and a space with stone, next to the parking lot of the house.
Guest access
They will be able to use all designated spaces on the property, and the only common space is the pool and its deck.
