"Excellent hotel in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was not able to have breakfast as I needed to leave early, but the staff were great and sent me on my way with a packed lunch. Couldn't recommend highly enough!"

"Had a fantastic stay at Brandlehow. The location is unbeatable, with stunning views over Derwentwater and direct access to the lake. The cottage was comfortable and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing family break. We especially loved spending time in the garden taking in the incredible scenery. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake District."

"A couple of things- the fridge isn't working very well- I appreciate it was very hot last week but it was difficult to get the fridge to the correct temperature. The refuse and recycling bins were not collected whilst we were there and had not been collected the previous week either as they were very full"
