「Was lied to about the rate. When I made to reservation the rate was $179. When I checked out it was $196 and did not have incidentals. Questioned the representative and she had no idea how to correct and absolutely did not care to correct. Furthermore she informed me I would need to obtain my receipt from Experian. After I challenged her she mysteriously emailed the receipt. Stayed at this property 3 or 4 weeks ago with absolutely no problems. My daughter moved to the area 6 months ago and...

「Deborah was the ideal person to greet you upon arrival. Amazingly personable, it felt like she was making accommodations for me to stay the night within the comfort of her own home - coupled with a fresh pot of coffee upon my arrival. Sure, it was a coincidence, but the coffee was spectacular. I only stayed one night and the 2-3 minute drive to and from the airport was perfect for my short trip to Raleigh-Durham.」

「Location was great for Lenovo Center and quick eats down the road. Overall clean, comfortable beds which are hard to come by. Showers could use an upgrade- overall good stay.」

「The refrigerator froze everything. This room needed some serious work. Big stain on rug and the bathroom was in shabby condition for the money we had to pay. Most Holiday Inns are immaculate. This one was not」
