We loved the room and view, incredible. The hotel needs more elevators, you could often wait for 4-5 minutes for an elevator to come to the Lobby floor. Restaurant at very limited breakfast choice and the toilet paper in the bathrooms was a terrible quality. We would stay here again though.
It was a nice hotel. The only negative is that you have to pay to use the pool which is crazy!!! And the cost is not cheap just to swim! But other than that, great views, clean hotel and friendly/professional staff. They all spoke good English which was huge for us. I would definitely stay here again ...
Bed is a bit soft. otherwise great. Clean/quiet unless people are loud on hallways Staff are helpful
The location is really good. We just have to walk 3 minutes to the nearest subway station or we can walk to the downtown area Seomyeon in 15 minutes. The room is big and quiet.
