「The Royal is a great hotel situated in the quaint village of Heysham.
We loved our stay. Lots of nice walks and history. The hotel has a very relaxed and chilled atmosphere.
The food is excellent and all staff are friendly and display excellent communication and customer service skills.
Everwhere is spotlessly clean. Free parking is an added bonus.
We will be returning soon and I will recommend the Royal to my friends and family.」
「Hotel, even without breakfast service, is lovely. Kitchen available to use. While walking I explored slightly further afield and discovered a little cafe on the beach and the stunning old Heysham Village. I heartily recommend staying at this hotel. Owner very helpful. 」
「The house was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Parking down the road, although the next house parked right outside our front door. Strangely had no BBC on the TV. Local pub did good food. A good base for the southern Lakes」

I received a warm and friendly greeting, and the pub itself has a very nice vibe, somewhat cooler than the sea-front hostelries, even thought it's only set back 100 yards.」

夏休みのピークシーズンでクリーニングサービスなどは臨時のスタッフが多かったのだろうが、訓練がよくい聞き届いていないように感じられた。レストランのスタッフも口の聞き方など横柄（ホスピタリティビジネスの意味を理解していない）。フロント以上のスタッフは問題なし。
朝食はまあまあ、夕食（３コースメニュー、コーヒー・紅茶つき）はお得感がある。メインは実物を見ながら選べるので安心 。町はリゾート地としてきれいにまとまっていて、干潟沿いの、Promenadeからの景色がよい。
Very relaxing lounge. I liked the hotel and therefore extended my stay to 3 nights. A little problem with services: I guess that a lot of temporary help were employed for the peak season, e.g. cleaning...
「The hotel is stunning and the grounds around it are incrdible. The promenade walk was out of this world. Very friendly staff and helpful. The pool is very clean.
We had our cuckapoo with us and they were very loving towards him. Dogs are not allowed in the dinning room which wasnt an issue at all as we were allowed to stay on the bar side/dinning room. 「Single occupancy for two nights - small room, but clean, good shower & comfortable bed. Food (smoked salmon & scrambled eggs for breakfast and Cajun chicken salad in the evening) was excellent and portions were generous. Staff friendly and efficient. All for a very reasonable price. Great location to explore Lake Windermere.」
