The hotel was nice compared to the other same rank hotels I have ever been to.
For me, I am not tall, I don't think the room and bed was small.
Some visitors might feel that the location was not good, because there is a long uphill from the station to the hotel. But I enjoyed walking including the long slope, which is one of the city's old road named "Holloway". I recommend bus for visitors who do not want to walk the uphill. "Lovely Restaurant, Disappointing Housekeeping & Reception
Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The restaurant staff were very kind and polite, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere during meals.
However, the reception experience and housekeeping were disappointing.
When we checked in, the receptionist was initially friendly, but when I asked her some questions, her attitude became a bit intimidating and unhelpful, which made me uncomfortable.
We stayed 4 nights. On one of the days, our room was not cleaned until 17:30, and we had to wait 30 minutes in the hallway. On another day, the towels were not replaced and no vacuuming was done. We informed the staff, but the manager didn’t seem to take the issue seriously.
