"Great location, especially it you travel by train, exit from the side of the station and a somewhat smelly :-( municipal lift (not within control of the hotel) will take you almost to the front entrance and reception. The Lanes (great shops and cafes) and the seafront are a short walk away. Wonderful reception staff, a good buffet breakfast, comfortable bed, spotlessly clean apartment. The only downside was the very clean bathroom. The walk in shower needs retro fitting with a sliding door, this has happened in some Crown Plaza hotels. As currently fitted the bathroom gets flooded when showering and is the only thing that lets the place down. However, the excellent outweighs this."
