Please note: This home IS pet friendly with an additional pet fee. There is no AC. There is no central heat. The heat source is a main-level heater system and a couple of space heaters are supplied as needed. There are 2 outdoor security cameras (one observing the entry walk & one observing the back deck). Greybeard homes are located in close proximity to Pisgah National Forest. Ladybugs and Kudzu Beetles may be seen in our area in the fall and winter months, and it is not uncommon for them to find their way into homes to escape the cooler weather from time to time. They are not poisonous and cannot be exterminated.
