"Clean room, semi-modernized. Hotel under construction. Continental breakfast was good. Surprised by fees on departure (parking + tax and a “major event mrdt” + tax) "

"Cost-effective spot in a great location in Downtown Vancouver. Staff is attentive and helpful. My room was basic but it was all I needed to refresh, sleep well, and use as a great "home base" to explore downtown Vancouver. The building itself is old and dated, but everything is functional and more than serviceable."
