「We had stayed many times Rugby Hotel. Off course the best in Rugby.」

「Absolutely outstanding customer service.The restaurant is an absolute must! we decided dinner was the best we had ever enjoyed in the UK wonderful service and piping hot food served to our table, perfectly timed between the three courses and the flavours were divine. The staff at breakfast worked absolute miracles with a huge choice of food and the buffet was constantly refilled WELL DONE!! 」

「Really surprised by the hotel when I arrived the lovely setting next to the canal, nice bar restaurant. Rooms are adequate for a business stay. Bed was slightly form for my liking but that is personal preference. Would stay again when in town for business 」

「NECでのIFSECショー視察で利用しました。歩いて２０分位では付きますが、ちょっと遠いかな、歩いてる人は私たち位か？レストランはイギリスの平均かな？ショーだけなら良いけど、食事は別のレストランに行くのが不便でNECから市街地や別のホテルで取ってここは、寝るだけと思った方が良いと思います。」

「Really lovely staff and the check in experience was very pleasant. The room was just about acceptable in terms of cleanliness but the toilet was not clean and still had used paper in it. The room and the surroundings were very tired and beyond worn in some places, especially the carpet on the stairs which was very dirty. As there was no breakfast, we could not comment on it. It’s such a shame because the setting is quite pleasant and it could be a lovely place to visit. 」
