Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Das Hotel und die Wellnessbereiche sind sehr schön. Wir hatten drei Massagen gebucht: Preis-Leistung einfach super. Das Zimmer (Premium-Suite) sehr geräumig und sauber. Für mich persönlich sind die Matratzen zu hart. Die Speisenauswahl zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr reichlich und es ist für jeden Geschmack was dabei. Die Speisen am Abendbuffet dürften heißer sein - diese waren oft lauwarm. Die Getränke sind extra zu zahlen, was auch völlig in Ordnung ist - was uns jedoch gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, dass eine Servicegebühr draufgeschlagen wurde. Über Trinkgeld würden wir gerne selber entscheiden.

Das Essen war super, die beiden Poolbereiche waren auch super. Zimmer war ok, Bett leider unbequem, reichte aber für 2 Übernachtungen, Badezimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Duschtücher im Badezimmer fehlten, wurden aber auf unsere Bitte nachgeliefert. Gestört hat uns, dass man Bademantel und Badetuch nicht austauschen darf. Wir fragten bereits am 1. Tag danach, wurden leider abgelehnt. Über Nacht war noch immer alles nass, somit mussten wir am 2. Tag sehr betteln, um einen trockenen Bademantel und ein Badetuch zu bekommen. Das sollte in einem 4 Sterne Haus selbstverständlich sein. Leider gab es im Wellnessbereich auch keine Aufhänge-Möglichkeiten für Badesachen und Badetücher, keine Haken, somit waren auch fast alle Liegen belegt. Im Bereich ab 16 Jahren war im WC das Licht ausgebrannt, außerdem befanden sich dort sehr viele Kinder. Es war kein Bademeister in Sicht. Frühstück und Abendessen war spitze, leckere Speisen und große Auswahl. 2 junge Kellnerinnen waren etwas genervt, aber ansonsten war es super. Ich würde dem Hotel 3 Sterne geben. Hotel wäre schön, aber der Service von einem 4 Sterne Hotel fehlt leider.

Skvělé jídlo - měli jsme polopenzi, snídaně i večeře byly luxusní. Sauny jsou menší, přesto nebyly moc obsazené, měli jsme soukromí. Pobyt určitě doporučuji. Milé prostředí, ochotný personál.

Overall very nice, good food, nice room, very nice pool area. Later on the hotel got crowded and there was a strange odor in the adult pool area, but otherwise everything was great.

Teures Hotel

Wir haben 6 Tage im Hotel verbracht. In unserem Preis war Halbpension inklusive. Die Getränke sind der absolute Abriss. Es werden noch 27% Trinkgeld drauf geschlagen. Die Bedienung war auch nicht freundlich. Ich reise sehr viel. Ich bin mir etwas anderes gewöhnt. Es wird geworben mit Fitnessraum. Der ist allerdings sehr klein. Ein Laufband: und das steht so schlecht, man hat gleich die Eingangstüre im Rücken hat. Das könnte man wirklich verbessern. Die Zimmer waren gut. Jedoch die Reinigung solala. Das wlan war super. Ich weiss halt nicht wie in Ungarn sonst so die Hotels sind. Ich war das erste Mal in Ungarn.

Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen nett, nur was man wirklich anbringen muss ist der Wellnessbereich, im Silent Spa bröckelt die Decken Fassade, die ganzen Mauern sind feucht, die Wand wo die liegen stehen macht sich der Schimmel breit! Der andere Spa Bereich ist da etwas besser, hier zeichnet sich das Personal an der Bar aus, sind mit 5 Tischen mehr als überfordert, lange Wartezeiten auf zwei Toast‘s und zwei Getränke! Der Saunabereich ist sehr groß, es gibt wirklich jegliche Auswahl an Saunas! Nur haben sie es in diesem Bereich nicht so mit der Sauberkeit, da müsste jemand abgestellt sein, der sich permanent darum kümmert! Wenn man den Österreichischen Wellness Standard gewohnt sollte man dieses Hotel auslassen! Jedoch wenn man sagt ich möchte einfach günstig Wellnessen dann ist man da genau richtig!

Sehr schönes Hotel mit österreichischen Standard. Das Buffet morgens und abends war sehr gut und die Auswahl war sehr groß. Abends gab es immer eine Liveband zum Abendessen. Am letzten Abend war leider der Musiker so laut dass wir nach kurzem Speisen wieder geflüchtet sind. Der Wellnessbereich ist für ein Hotel auch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer haben wir zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit bezogen, die Reinigung während des Aufenthaltes war jedoch nur sehr oberflächlich.

Sehr schönes Spa - Wochenende!

Wir waren mit unserem sauberen Zimmer sehr zufrieden! Auch die Spa-Anlage war sehr gepflegt. Ein tolles Abendbuffet mit ansprechender Weinkarte hat unsere Reise abgerundet und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich und äußerst zufriedenstellend.

Once it was ok, but no return..

Too small balcony, hugely overpriced beverages, shower sink was not stabil, food was ok, but nothing extraordinary, lot more international tv chanels than nationals, all around Buddha statues. As if you were not in Hungary.
