Buffalo and Erie County Naval and Military Park

The check in was seamless. This was a quick stay. The room was clean and comfortable.

Our recent stay at Lenox Hotel was disappointing. The property is quite old and lacks modern facilities. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with leaking taps and no exhaust fan or proper ventilation, making it feel very stuffy and suffocating. There was also a strange, unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and for the price, we expected much better maintenance and facilities. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.

Loved the Richardson! Loved Nat at the lounge and Katy at the front desk. Excellent stay!!
