The apartment also has air conditioning in all rooms, which is perfect for hot summer days. Plus, there's a built-in laundry room for your convenience, as well as high-speed internet so you can stay connected while you're away from home.

For your safety, the apartment has a security camera at the entrance. Plus, you'll be just steps away from some of the city's best restaurants, bars, and clubs, which means you'll never be bored during your stay.

We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

This is the worst and most horrible place and owner. My experience with this owner was the worst experience I have experienced in my life. This owner should not be on this website at all.
