「The amenities were subpar so request a refund, but they said that it was not a policy to refund paid reservations so they made a reservation at a different hotel.」

「部屋は清潔に維持していました。あまり気になるところはありませんでした。全面禁煙となっていましたが、割り当てられた部屋が出入り口に近く、外に喫煙所があるため、たばこのにおいが外から流入して気になりました。 デポジットの説明がきちんとなされ、チェックアウト後にちゃんと返金されていました。」

「The employees are extremely nice and friendly. Very quiet, and very clean rooms. I stayed multiple nights, multiple times. Would definitely recommend and will be returning soon. 」

「Starting with check-in- at 3pm- checkin time- we went into the office a man came out- said he could not check us in. He called someone else who was over at the adjoining cafe- who then eventually got there and checked us in. She was very nice and efficient. But had no king bed rooms left- which is what i had made reservations for. So, ok. The rooms are just that- a room- nothing special, few amenities, but relatively clean. Now about the adjacent cafe: the next morning, we were skeptical...
