Angie's Acre at the Center of the Nature Coast Area!

Angie's Acre is found in a wooded area of single family homes where Florida's Nature Coast really begins! Miles of walking roads run through the area. Located 5 miles from the Chasshowitzka boat ramp it offers an undisturbed woodland hideaway. 10 miles south is world famous Weeki Wachee Springs. To the north are Homosassa and Crystal River where fishing and boating is second nature. Boat parking available on site. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fenced wooded acre. Pets welcome!
The space
The master suite includes a queen size bed, bathroom, and walk in closet. The guest bedroom includes a full size bed and will use the guest bathroom. The sofa makes up into a queen size as well. There is currently a fully operational eat-in kitchen, washer and dryer, and gas grill for your convenience.
Guest access
Guests to Angie's Acre may access the larger fenced area through the side gates on the south for secured boat parking. The rest of the home is fully accessible for your convenience.
Other things to note
Our area is home to several springs, numerous kayaking waterways, and of course, access to the Gulf of Mexico. You will find several marinas, kayak rentals, and fresh seafood restaurants for your vacation needs.
There's a Publix, Walgreens, Subway, Dollar General Store, Wendy's, McDonald's, Taco Bell, a few gas stations, and Dunkin Donuts 3 miles north on 19.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Garbage days: On Mondays and Thursdays put the blue garbage bin by the road by 10 am.
Please return key beneath benchtop where you found it unless otherwise instructed.
Set A/C on 76 at departure please.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

No smoking on the property of any kind.
Please take out kitchen and bathroom garbage to the blue waste disposal.
No large gatherings without prior approval. I value my neighbors and don't want to ruin that relationship.
