"I’ve stayed here twice now and I can 100 percent say that the staff is their most valuable asset! I was checking in by Analyn and she was so courteous and professional! I asked for a specific tower and she was more than accommodating! The only issue that I had with the room was that my bathroom sink stopper was broken and in the down position. I needed to go out so I reported it to the front desk and by the time I returned, it was fixed and a note was left by the engineer who did the repair! The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. "

They provide aurport pickups on request which was really helpful along with the olace being only 5 mins away from the airport, it was quite convenient for the overnight stay to start our journey towards lake tahoe. The staff was also quite receptive and welcoming. King suite rooms had cozy bed and were well amenated. Breakfast was also pretty good. "
