「The property was a clean unit with plenty of space to host a large family. It has enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate basic needs. The house was well located too, only about a 10-12 minute walk to HBLR which connects to PATH for NYC. The host was very communicative too, always responded quick and was eager to help when needed. The unit has an A/C in each room, Wi-fi that works, and a nice kitchen.However, it is a shared house with a connected staircase from the 3rd floor to the basement...

「The location was perfect for a Hoboken baby shower that I was attending. It was a quick and easy drive or Uber ride to Washington St, the waterfront and more. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating. Having a parking spot included was a major reason for booking this unit and it fit my SUV without trouble.」

「Great rental for my family of 4 and several cousins. We attended a wedding in Jersey City and it was very convenient to Uber to Maritime Park and back. The owner was a great when we had issues with the Wi-Fi or flexibility with dropping off suitcases early or having an extra hour to leave. The kids loved the game room and the cousins who stored loudly slept in the couch in the game room that folded out nicely into a bed. The door was closed and it worked like a charm.. I would recommend this...
