"Front desk staff were rude and dismissive. Rooms were terrible. The bed was insanely TERRIBLE. It creaked and sounded like it was going to break. The mattress was full of lumps and sinking holes. Can't believe this was acceptable in any way. Bathroom was the only descent part. Yet there were no hand towels, ever. And getting extra towels was like pulling teeth. There was no option to fold out suitcase. Front desk said they have NO LUGGAGE RACKS! So it was a miserable stay and uncomfortable stay. The shared diner's staff was terrible also. We were a large group and the waiter filled our coffee cups out of courtesy but when we paid the bill they charge us for each fill! They never asked and just filled the cup and never told us it was charged like that. What a bullsh*t ripoff!! The waiter was extremely rude. Never will I ever stay at this place again. Don't believe any reviews that state 10/10...they are lies and no doubt paid reviewers. What a joke!! Such a huge REGRET! "

"We loved our stay here cute outside space off the room with a beautiful view of the east river and sky line . So walkable to everything in Williamsburg great shopping , restaurants and especially the waterfront. We will definitely be back! If you want to stay close to the village here is your best choice as well. "
