「Stayed here for a convention at the Renaissance. Beds were very comfortable, rooms & hotel were clean. Our room had a little stovetop, small fridge/freezer, a microwave, and a dishwasher, which was really neat! Shower had great water pressure.」
「They were in the middle of renovations BUT......I explained I was having breathing issues and needed as close as possible. They booked me in a room in another building with the room at the END of a LONG hallway. No offer of help of any kind. Thankfully, a young man that actually worked there found me about to collapse on the way to my room and helped me get there safely.」
