Dirty. Just dirty. The AC didn’t work. There was crumbs and pieces of paper all over the floor like they haven’t vacuumed in WEEKS. It was nasty. There was hair in the bathtub stuck on the wall the walls had idk what on them if it was Spills or food. The bed itself had loose hair on it and what looked like specs of blood by the footing. Almost fell coming in with my suitcases during the rain there was no mats on the floor at the entrance by the elevator. The breakfast was weird. It looks like they cooked it at home in their own crock pots and decided it was size appropriate for an entire room of people. The front counter lady caught an attitude when I asked her about my stay. My flight was delayed and couldn’t check in till the next day of my trip and I was still charged for the night prior. Over all spend the extra 75$ and get urself a Hampton or best western.

If you want a hotel that has the bare minimum, this is it. The beds are comfortable ish, heat didnt work in the room just the cold function, they had no hot water available or milk for hot tea, my bathtub clogged the first night showered with water up past my ankles, the shower heads are made for a small person and im only 5'4. Toilet ran all night. Room was never serviced sheets never changed. Overall id rate this hotel a solid 3/10 staff was friendly. Spit outside the elevator was absolutley disgusting

The desk clerk was rude. The hotel was dirty. It appears that the sheets were not changed from the last guests. There was a pubic hair in one bed and stains in the other bed. Sheets were wrinkled. People in other rooms were noisy. Toilet seat was broken and stained. I chose not to stay there and they wouldn’t refund my money so i paid for 3 nights and was there for 10 minutes.

The front desk girl was super sweet but all over the place. It took almost 5 minutes to be let into the hotel. The pool was swampy and the hot tub was lime green. There was mold all over the caulking in the bathroom and random hairs all over the floor and sink. The room was musty and the building was run down. There was a hole kicked in the wall of our room and an electric outlet cover was missing. We only stayed one night and wound up booking another place for the rest of our stay.

The bed was super comfy, but they need to fire their cleaning staff and hire new with better expectations and experience. Bed was halfway made, Looked like someone got on the bed while making it, messy. And there was used soap in the bathroom and the shampoo and lotion was thrown about. We didn lt bath, it was kinda gross and the water had a solid trickle coming from the faucet. But, bed was comfy and did what we needed.

Honestly not what I expected when I booked this, and the only reason i’m leaving this review is to help other people. The hotel is sketchy and I was honestly scared to leave my car in the parking lot. Lots of homeless people walking or biking around and I asked a nice lady at 7brew down the road about the area and she said it’s pretty bad out here. Said there had been a recent issue at the hotel which I don’t know is 100% true or not but based on the conditions of the hotel I’m not very surprised. When we arrived there was a black hair in our shower which neither me or my friend have anything close to black hair (blonde and pink). There was also a towel that sat in the stairwell for no joke the entirety of our stay so idk how well they clean lol. Also we were going to get in the hot tub however neither of us felt comfortable since the water was genuinely green…which knowing hot tubs I don’t think is a great idea to get in. The tvs aren’t smart tvs so you’ll have to flip through the channels on there but the remote barely works lol. I did like the bed, me and my friend both slept well and I didn’t see any bugs anywhere. Past 7 the doors at the front do lock which kinda adds to how scary the area is…i’m glad they take safety precautions but the area is just genuinely not very safe. Especially if you are two girls like us. Don’t come here expecting a nice area and a place to walk around and take pictures cause you will NOT find that here.

Leaking toilet, they turned off the water to the whole hotel. Girls were getting ready for Billie Eilish and couldn’t shower or were in the middle of showering when they cut the hot water. The pool and hot tub were gross and cloudy. We needed forks and couldn’t find a single one in the whole hotel. Just spoons and knives. We came in with handfuls of stuff and asked for a cart to which they said they had some but they were being used. There was one in front of our hotel door being unused when we finally got up there. I requested extra towels, blankets, and pillows to which they said they were busy that night and couldn’t do it. All our towels ended up cleaning the bathroom floor up, and then there were no towels by the pool for hours the next morning. The staff was uninterested in helping, flat, and lazy. The hot breakfast was hot. The sausage patties were gray and everything was almost gone at 8 am and was only served until 9 am. Also, most hotels do put a 50 dollar hold on your card but I did not feel good giving them that at all and I’m bitter I haven’t received my deposit back yet.

The hot water went out and when it came back on there was brown water. The pool water was cloudy. Breakfast was very bad. And they ran out of most items at breakfast by 7am. There were signs of being run down and not well taken care of all over the whole place. It used to he much nicer. This was the worst we have seen it at this place. We have been coming here for years. Will no longer come back.
