Welcome to Cleo’s Place, a beautifully updated cottage perched above the legendary South Holston River in Bristol Tennessee—one of the top-rated fly fishing destinations in the United States. Cleo's Place offers 2 comfortable bedrooms with 3 beds, it sleeps up to 4. There is a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and another shared 1/2 bath. Starter Soap and Shampoos are provided. You will find a Coffee Bar in the kitchen that includes Ground Coffee, K-Cups, assorted Sweeteners and Creamers and To-Go Cups.

Note: There are steps to enter into home thru the front door. Once inside all one level. Also, steps off/onto the Deck. Basement is not part of the Rental. Also, we are in a rural area with spotty cell reception inside house so WiFi calling is recommended when inside home.

Fishing along South Holston River in front of Pad 1 and Pad 2 is restricted with no fishing allowed per TVA due to the spawning season between November 1 - February 1. Fishing on other parts of the South Holson River including Pad 4 and Pad 5 is allowed year round.
