I was able to get ice and wine glasses from the downstairs bar area with a smile. After checking in I had to return my rental car. It was only a few minutes away and I only had to walk about 6 minutes to get back to the hotel. The only negative was the airport shuttle which costs $8. I don’t believe it said that prior to booking. Excellent location and staff. "
