「Wonderful unit and great facilities. Delay in unit being cleaned was resolved professionally by the owner, and the opportunity of a sunset photo shoot a bonus. Would definitely recommend 」

「Enjoyed our stay very much. Very quiet with nice surroundings. The Villa was very clean & bed super comfortable. Did have a problem with hot water with shower but this was fixed straight away & we would certainly stay at this accommodation again.」

「When we arrived our room had not been cleaned from the previous people. As there was no phone number to ring, I emailed and was asked to send photos. I did and sat and waited…..after an hour and a half with no cleaners arriving and no phone call, I had to find alternative accommodation for my three children and myself for the night. They assured me I would get a full refund. It’s been 4 days and still waiting…..not happy. 」

"小学生の子供連れで3泊しました。 2024年に再開発で生まれ変わったエリアのシンボルホテルでカジノも併設されていますが、想像よりも落ち着きもあり大満足でした。リバーサイドの立地はブリスベンを代表する景色ですし、街の喧騒から少し離れた場所にあります。人工ビーチや美術館等のある川の反対側に渡る新しい歩道橋と直結しており、徒歩での移動に最適です。また、高速の出口がすぐ近くにあり、ブリスベン空港からタクシー、Uber等で25分程度で着きます。ルーフトップは一般の方にも開放されている展望施設になっていますが、ブリスベンの街を一望でき、夜景も満喫出来るのでお勧めです。 7階には宿泊者しか入れないプールがあります。 2つあるプールのうち1つは温水プールで、8月（冬）でも楽しめます。夕方以降は少し肌寒いですが、横にサウナが2つあります。"
