The modern kitchen is well-equipped with everything you would need for home-cooked meals to be enjoyed at the dining table which sits close by. In the evening relax on one of two deep-filled sofas and take your evening’s entertainment from the Smart TV. An electric log effect fire offers a warming ambience for the cooler winter months. This holiday home provides a twin bedroom and a master double room with a TV and en-suite shower room whilst the house bathroom offers the opportunity for a relaxing soak in the bath or a quick shower before heading out for the day. A spacious hallway and a separate utility room with a washing machine completes the accommodation. During the summer throw open the French doors and relax on the enclosed decking. Enjoy alfresco dining whilst watching the deer meander through the park.

The stately homes of Burton Agnes and Sledmere House and Gardens are close by and RSPB Bempton Cliffs is a must-visit. The historic towns of York and Whitby are under an hour away whilst the rolling hills of the Yorkshire Wolds and the North Yorkshire Moors National Park offer miles of walking and cycling opportunities.
