Brgy. 719 Vacations from ￥64,118

This is a rundown hotel which owned by China Chinese. Hence, expect "mainland style of arrangement". The frustrating part is that the whole hotel is a maze and not easy to locate your Room. For breakfast, it has large variety of foods.

Bed was beat up. Guard was hostile to my guest.

Great deal !!! Thank you very much

I don't know what to say about this property. For one the address of the unit was not updated with me. Had to take Grab and was dropped off at one palmtree villa( the address listed on the website upon booking) when in fact the unit is in 2 palmtree which is across the street. I am disabled with a walker, can you imagine me walking with all the luggages under the scorching Manila heat! But in fairness to the owner, she picked me up from 1 palm tree using a wheelchair but still pushed me under the scorching heat!. If I was informed ahead of time of the correct location of the unit, we could have avoided this inconvenience because will ask the Grab to drop me at the correct location. I have been in contact with the owner via overseas call ( 2 times) and thru texts. I also reserved the unit a day earlier since I know that I will be checking in the following day, in the morning, due to change of itinerary. The unit is so-so, it smells like soiled socks- that smell wherein the room is not properly aired out. Its locatedbon the first floor at the end of the hallway. Room is kinda dark to my liking, heavy curtains looks unclean. Bed is comfortable and there is a sofa bed with a pulled out mattress which is convenient for 4 people. Bathroom is small and smelled like the rest of the room. I was unhappy with the entire experience, from the communication with the owner to the room itself. I do NOT recommend this place. Please refer to the enclosed photos to substantiate my review.
