"-Room cleaned every day
-Staff was friendly
-Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly
When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature
-the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot
-hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me.
I was shocked, I don’t know what to say.
-toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs.
And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad...

"Room was great as a base to explore. We were only there for a quick breakfast and to sleep but beds were comfy, room quiet but could do with some modernisation of the bathroom shower.
Overall a good hotel, close to San Giovanni station and a short 10 minute walk to the centre of Como.
Breakfast typical of most hotels in Italy and would happily stay here again."
