We walked from Milano Central to the hotel - 1 hour. Pleasant walk on the flat. Walk to the city centre approximately 15 minutes. The hotel was spotless and well maintained, decor a little dated (90s). "-Room cleaned every day
-Staff was friendly
-Air conditioning wasn’t functioning properly
When too hot you can not reset the gage for the right temperature
-the hair dryer was making noise and it was dangerously hot
-hygiene, I asked for new tea cup, the cleaner took my cups in bathroom washed and gave it to me.
I was shocked, I don’t know what to say.
-toilets bowl was clean but the back of the toilet seat yellow poo stains, hairs.
And I saw they were cleaning the room and all the new bad...

"Obviously management fails, stayed for 4 days with my partner. Staff are nice and tried their best to make things work but it's just too stretchy for them to patch the existing failed system.
