Llechwen Hall Hotel

Llechwen Hall Hotel

8/10 Good
"We had a lovely stay at Llechwen Hall. The accommodation was excellent our room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the food was a real highlight, beautifully prepared throughout our stay. The one area that let things down slightly was the atmosphere among staff. It felt like there wasn't much warmth or teamwork between evening team members, and unfortunately this isn't the first time we've noticed this on a visit. A few staff members came across as somewhat forced in their friendliness, rather than genuine. That said, the quality of the rooms and food meant we still had an enjoyable stay overall, and we'd consider returning."

Newly renovated cottage & great location! Space for 10

10/10 Excellent
"Would highly recommend this property! Myself and 7 friends stayed here and it was perfect!- plenty of space in the house- thoroughly equipped kitchen (great because we wanted to self-cater and it had everything we needed more!)- super clean - plenty of essentials provided (towels, bedding, blankets, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, soap etc.)- ideal location for lots of different types of hikes (we hiked every day and never drove more than 45mins to get to any of them)- lovely large peaceful garden- very friendly locals- helpful convenience store and cafe half a minute walk away- useful lock box for the keys (very helpful with a large group of friends coming and going and different times)- possible to access by public transport from elsewhere in UK (some of the group came from the midlands via train and then a bus that came straight to the town)- space for 2-3 cars on the private driveway free parking on the street outside the house- absolutely beautiful countryside!- easy and helpful communication with host, who left Welsh cakes for us came by 30mins before check-out (not to rush us but to say hi and check all fine, then left us to pack up)Honestly couldn’t have wished for a better holiday home :)Perhaps helpful to note:- best to have a car to get around once there- the bedroom with 3 beds is 2 permanent beds 1 pullout bed (proper frame and mattress so no issue there, just good to be aware that floor space is limited if that 3rd bed is set up)"
