「Stunning location, right by the river - lovely views from bedroom and breakfast room. Easy, flexible check-in which was very helpful and breakfast was delicious. There is a lovely pub close by, about a 5 minute walk that did great food and nice wine. Thank you for a lovely stay!」

「Really comfy bed and room which was immaculate including a little note from housekeeping saying enjoy your stay! A lovely touch! Breakfast and my evening meal were absolutely delicious . All staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to the chef (with the jack russell puppy) who made the most amazing breakfast! The shower was powerful and the toiletries provided were of great quality.」

「Room was clean. Bathroom shower leaking and very small. Tea, coffee and microwave available. Would of liked a long mirror in the bedroom to dry hair ect as had to run extension lead to bathroom, not ideal. Staff are amazing, Parking very tight so to get a space pull up after the 11am check out. Breakfast choices wonderful, lots of choices and all fresh.」

「A quaint old fashioned inn. Amenities a bit dated but all functioning. Bath with jets was a plus. Loved the provision of bottled water and little biscuits. Breakfast was a lovely continental affair. Only downside was the winding staircases that made taking luggage up and down difficult.」
