"I received an email on the Friday saying because they were putting in a new jacuzzi and haven’t finished the work, there would be no access to the sauna, steam or jacuzzi (of course). It was too late to cancel, but the whole point of staying in this particular hotel was for access to these amenities. Spoke to the manager and sent emails expressing disappointment. There was nothing in compensation offered at all. Very poor! "

"The room was a decent size & the evening meal was really nice but the internet connection was terrible as my phone didn’t connect for the whole 2 nights we stayed there.
