Completed in 2015, the home, the furnishings, linens, dishes, and accessories are all high quality. The home is very clean and well kept. In the heart of town on Ridge Street and walk-able to dining and shopping. Distinctive architecture, style, art, and decor make this a boutique home.

Location Location Location. In the heart of town on Ridge Street and walk-able to dining and shopping. Within a few blocks are a gourmet grocery and great restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. The Breckenridge Arts District with galleries and classes is also on Ridge Street.

Just 600 yards to the Peak Nine lift, or take the free shuttle that runs about every 20 minutes directly to the Gondola. No need for a car.

The 700 sqft living room, den, dining room, and kitchen are a great gathering place for your group. This beautiful space has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, high-def LED TV with Sonos sound system, elegant furnishings and a gourmet kitchen. The vaulted ceiling and wood beams are beautifully lit with LED lighting. The gourmet kitchen features leathered granite countertops and Viking appliances. Nice art completes the comfortable space.

Bedrooms are appointed with premium mattresses and bedding. Sleeps 8 total:

We just returned for a fabulous week at this absolutely lovely and comfortable rental right in the middle of everything Breckenridge! Communication with the owners was outstanding....they could not have been nicer people to deal with. The property was immaculate....we were a little worried going away with the new reality that is Covid, but as soon as we entered the house we knew we had made the right choice. Everything was clean and spotless. Thank you, Mike, for a great stay!!!!! Happy New Year! :-)
