「1. Upstairs smaller room windows were open. Kids suffered entire stay cold at night. In same room shower did not work nor TV. Open window is fall risk and safety concerns may lead to very dangerous conditions. There was not point that room gave us nightmare so we took turns to check on kids. 2.
