Fenced Yard with Hot Tub & Gas Grill *In the interest of keeping the snow clean for children, we do not allow dogs in the backyard in winter. Please also note, the Carter Dog Park is just a couple hundred yards South of the property, at the end of High Street. In spring, summer, and fall, dogs are allowed in the fenced yard, but must be supervised and picked up after.*

-- Lifts: The Breck Free Ride bus conveniently stops and picks up passengers just 200 yards away on French Street. The Purple Route, picks up on French and Adams and goes only to the gondola/transportation center. The Pink Express route runs from Jefferson and French (one block further) to the Peak 9 stops, Beaver Run and the Village. To stay informed and receive the most accurate schedule updates, we recommend utilizing the My Free Ride App. For those looking to explore destinations beyond Breckenridge, the Breck Station serves as a hub where you can access the Summit Stage free bus routes. These routes take you to various areas and ski resorts, including Frisco, Dillon, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain, and Keystone. While having your own vehicle is not a necessity, it can offer added convenience and expedited travel times, especially if you plan to venture outside of the Breckenridge area.
-- Town: The home is in Downtown Breckenridge's National Historic District. It’s a quiet, residential street and the shops/restaurants of Downtown Breck are only 3 blocks away.

Access:
– Accessing the Property – No stairs required to enter the ground level of the home. Guests enter on the main level (ground level), with all three bedrooms. There are two steps down to access the King Bedroom. The living area, kitchen and dining room are up a full flight of stairs.
– Parking – There are 2-3 parking spaces in the alley, 3 small cars or 2 normal sized trucks can fit. Trailers are not allowed. In the winter, when there is a lot of snow, only 2 small cars can fit in the parking space.
– Please note: 4WD/AWD or vehicles with chains may be required to access this property when traveling during snow and winter weather conditions

HOUSE RULES

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS - Zero tolerance policy for parties. $1,000 fee if the police visit our home due to a neighborhood complaint.

MINIMUM AGE - Every adult within the rental party must meet a minimum age requirement of 25 years, except when the guest(s) under the age of 25 are the offspring (son, daughter), nephew, niece, or are directly related by blood to one of the other adult members in the group. If your group includes any adults below the age of 25, please reach out to us for potential approval before booking. Age verification will be conducted through our ID verification process after your booking is confirmed.

NO SMOKING - Absolutely NO smoking or vaping of any substance in the property, in the garage (if applicable) or within 10 feet of a doorway. If smoke is detected or signs of smoking, there will be a $1000 FINE. No exceptions. If you smoke outside, please extinguish cigarette thoroughly and place the butt in a can or bottle. Do not flick onto the property (wildfires are a serious problem here).

PET FRIENDLY -- Airbnb is only able to charge for 1 pet. This home allows up to 2 dogs with approval. If you have a second dog or if the first dog fee isn't applied when you book, VRC reserves the right to charge $50 per pet per rental. If guest has 1 dog the charge is $50. If guest has 2 dogs it's $100. We will request any additional pet fees through Airbnb.

OCCUPANCY - Please do not attempt to bring more guest into the home than are reserved. Our town has strict STR regulations. These regulations restrict the number of persons allowed in a short-term rental based on parking, square footage of the home, and sewer/septic size. Bringing additional non-booked guests into the home could result in a cancellation of your booking without refund.

NOISE - We respectfully ask that you respect quiet hours for the home or complex.

LATE CHECKOUT - Checkout is 10am. If housekeeping arrives after checkout and the guest has not vacated the home, the guest will be charged for housekeeping’s time until they have vacated the home. This fee does not award the guest possession of the home after checkout.

FURNITURE - Don’t rearrange the furniture. Guests will be charged for any scratches on the floor due to the dragging around of furniture.

RESPECT OUR HOME - No shoes inside the house. This is our home, not a hotel, please be respectful of our property & our things. Excessive cleaning will result in an additional fee for the guest.

PARKING - Each property has an established maximum vehicle allotment. Vacation Rental Co has no control over other HOA management parking restrictions. Therefore, it is the responsibility of the guest to know their property's vehicle allotment and display the given parking permit (if applicable) as instructed at check-in.

DAMAGE - Report any breakages or damage when they occur. The sooner we know the quicker we can fix it.

POOLS & HOT TUBS - if advertised as part of a property, some are seasonal and sometimes closed. If advertised, please inquire to confirm whether these amenities will be open and available for use during your stay.

KEYS – There will be a fee to guests for lost keys or parking passes. Please leave those items as directed in your arrival instructions.

SIGNING RENTAL AGREEMENT – All guests are required to sign the separate standard VRC rental agreement for stays of less than 30 nights. This will be emailed to all guests as soon as they book. For stays of longer than 30 nights, VRC will email a different, long term rental agreement, since VRC doesn’t abide by Airbnb’s long term cancellation policy. Please inquire about our long term cancellation policy prior to booking.

The property is in a great location with lots of room. We loved how big the kitchen, family room, and dining room were. Downstairs bedrooms were great also. We had 2 dogs so having a door right by the bedrooms to let them in and out to use the bathroom was so convenient with a fenced in yard.

We loved staying at Snowlover. The home is very comfortable. The home was well stocked with cooking appliances, dishes, silverware, extra towels, etc. It was very handing having a washer and dryer. We especially loved the convenience of being able to walk to the shopping and dining areas. The owner was quick to respond for our help with the TV. We would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect house for our time in Breck. It was just a few blocks from the heart of downtown. The layout of the house was nice, with the living and dining room upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs. Nice mudroom in the entrance. Nice little yard for our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first trip to Breckenridge with our family. We had 6 people total and the house was very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The booking process was simple and if we had any questions along the way, the property manager and owners were very helpful. Great house, great trip!

This was our 2nd year staying at Connie and Wendy’s place. It is a short 10 minute walk away from Main St. making trips into town super convenient. The owners are great and were quick to respond whenever we had to message them. Breckenridge is our favorite vacation spot and we can’t wait to stay here again next fall!

My husband’s family and I stayed at this property for a week in July and loved it. There were quite a few of us (7 adults & 2 corgis!) but we all fit and felt comfortable in the 3 bedrooms. The fenced yard was a great plus for our pups. The house was located within walking distance of downtown Breckenridge & within a short drive of many short hikes. We had great, open communication with the owners & enjoyed our stay!

Our group consisted of 2 seniors (grandparents), 2 adults (parents), 2 children age 3.5 and 7 and 2 dogs. We could not have drawn up a better floorpan for our group if we tried! The upstairs living area with well-kitted out kitchen, large dining table with ample chairs and large living area with the most wonderful sectional and large enough TV was great! The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for us. Large separate king bedroom with its own bath for the grandparents. Bedroom with a queen bed for the parents, separate bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed for the kids. These 2 bedrooms shared a bath which also had a washer and dryer. Did not use our car once! Walked to the local market, Main Street shopping and 4th of July parade, walking path to the gondola, etc. We had a great time! Thank you!

This house is a fantastic property in the heart of the historic district. Open bright common area with mountain views and plenty of room to hang out. Great private hot tub that everyone will enjoy. Easy access to Main St, 10 minute walk to the Breck Connect gondola (or on the bus line), and 10 minute walk back from the end of 4 O'Clock. This was our second time at the property and we'll definitely book again!

Our family of four adults had a great stay. Two of us are snow sport enthusiasts while the other two prefer a relaxing vacation. The house was perfect for both groups, as we had easy access to the slopes (quick hop on the Breck bus) and they only had to walk a couple of blocks to enjoy downtown. The home itself was clean, spacious, and as-described. Will absolutely book again when we want to stay in town.

Great layout, bedrooms on first floor, you can back in two vehicles easily right by the front door and unload your ski equipment into a small room at the front door and unload your bags into the bedrooms. Two nice full baths on the first floor. You walk up steps to a very nice large room with great windows and natural lighting. Very nice updated kitchen! Very comfortable setting to enjoy your family and friends. I wasn't sure about location, cause very been to Breck but turned out to be just right. Its maybe 3 blocks uphill from the main street, so not a bad walk for dining, shopping etc. We did not want to walk with ski equipment or deal with shuttles so just drove our cars to the garage right at the gondola, paid a reasonable fee, and got right on. Since we had easy access and parking for our vehicles we did a short drive to Keystone for a day, which I actually liked more than Breck for its blue and green slopes and boarding. The owner and management company provided great communication. We were also able to bring our two "good boy" dogs along for the stay. I did not use the hot tub, but my family said it was great, right outside the door and very hot. If I had to think of anything to fault, I would say that the master could use an updated, larger TV on the wall, and the master mattress is probably a bit old, maybe could use replacement or a foam topper, but these things did not matter much to me. I would definitely stay again.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for - comfortable for a medium sized group (we had local friends come to hang out for a short while) but not too spacious for a group of 3 to enjoy together. The home was spotless upon arrival, kitchen was well stocked with essentials for meal prep (we cooked most of our meals in the home during our stay), thermostat/fireplace kept us warm despite fluctuating temperatures, hot tub was quite private despite being in a small residential neighborhood, the walk into the main portion of town was brief and visually appealing, communication was prompt and kindly, etc. The owners have clearly loved the property for generations and they shared a bit of the home's history in the guest book...highly recommend reading into it, we loved learning about the family tree and the art in the home! We would absolutely look into booking this property again next time we're in the area.

The house was extremely clean and the setup was perfect for our party. We had a blast snowboarding everyday and the home’s proximity to the mountain made it that much more enjoyable. We loved the hottub and the ability to relax in the home with zero issues. 100% will be looking to utilize this property in the future for another stay.

This property is in one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Walkable to the restaurants on Main Street and to the free shuttle that takes you to Peak 9 or the Gondola. The house is filled with family history which gave it the perfect amount of character while still being modernized and extremely clean. Always a bonus for pet friendly as well and close to the dog park!

The house was close to town, near a dog park and couldn't have been an easier experience. The house had everything you need and the beds were cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our daily hot tub and used the grill several times during our stay. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property was clean and very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen appliances, dinnerware, pans, et. There's a small fenced backyard but our dogs are small and could get through fence slats so we opted for walking them around the neighborhood area instead of using the backyard. But the yard would be good for someone who has kids. The neighborhoods bordering the rental were nice and downtown was only a couple blocks away. If we're back in the area, I would choose this property again.

This was a summer stay so I can't speak to amenities that one would want in the winter. Nice house and served us well. Comfy beds all around. The living is all on the upper level and the bedrooms are on the ground level, this worked well as we had some early risers and there was no worry of disturbing the sleepers. You cannot beat the location if you want to spend time in town, dead-center of town so everything is a 10-minute walk. This place is on our list for next year.
