SKI IN/GONDOLA OUT! - Most ideal Location at 303 North Main street. Ski access is a 2/3 minutes walk to the GONDOLA (fly to Peak 8), SKI-IN via the Skiway (3/4 min walk from House). And, unlike true ski in/out homes, it is also just steps from all Shopping & Dining. No car needed, everyone just comes and goes at their leisure. Pamper yourself with this newly remodeled home!!! One of the few VRBOs to have a brand new AC unit! Brand new kitchen, floors, boot warmers, bathrooms, heated toilet seats and much more to be enjoyed!!!

The Williams House is a Victorian home from the 1880s. The house sleeps 16 guests in 11 in beds. Located in the heart of historic downtown at 303 A north Main street, right behind the Gondola . Suited for larger groups or small families looking for the convenience of the BEST LOCATION IN TOWN, hassle free 7private parking spots, ski access, shops and restaurants all around and all the comforts of a 7BR/7Bathrooms Home. 7 individual rooms all with TV and individual thermostat, en suite Bathrooms in all rooms but one. Super clean house. All toilet seats are heated!

Hot Tub, gas BBQ, Table & chairs. 7 private parking places Relax in the outdoor HOT TUB after a good day of snow skiing ( shared with cottage) and or enjoy a Martini next door at Blue River Bistro or stroll along the shops on Main street, we are sure that you will have a wonderful time. Also next door, for one of the best breakfast in town, locals favorite 'Daylight Donuts'. The Williams House is truly The House in Town. Some History: Building a frame house in Breckenridge before the arrival of the railroad was no small task. To erect this c.1881 house and the one next door (301 N. Main), Breckenridge saloonkeeper Joseph F. Reeder had to chop down trees, drag them to the sawmill, have them milled for different uses—siding, flooring, shingles, etc.—and let them dry. Inflating the cost of construction was the need to pack finished building materials—nails, paint, and doors— over a high mountain pass at a cost of forty cents per pound. In 1888, John Williams, a hardrock miner, and his wife, Minta, purchased the house as their home. After John and Minta’s separation in 1890, Minta and their daughter, Ethel, continued to live here until 1906, renting it out from time to time as they pursued an acting career for Ethel. The Williams House is featured in the Historic Walking Tour.

The house is now owned by the Meyer family whom live in Colorado Springs and Scottsdale.

Impeccable modernized, yet historic property - excellent combination of convenience, amenities, location, and privacy for 6 couples. Well stocked with toiletries, towels and every kitchen convenience imaginable. Grateful for humidifiers in every bedroom to alleviate the dry mountain winter air. Definitely consider this location again, especially with proximity to gondola and main street.

This is my 5th year to host a group of 10 to 11 men from Woodmont Christian Church in Nashville, TN. to Breckenridge, CO. This year we chose to stay downtown at the Williams House. Our stay was exceptional in every way. Our host was very responsive, the home is clean and has a well stocked kitchen (we have several people who love to cook). The location is A+.

We stayed here with 13 women and also rented the cottage next door for an additional 3 women. We were celebrating a close friend’s bachelorette and this house and location couldn’t have been more perfect!!

We stayed here as a part of a large group gathering and the stay was wonderful. If you're looking for a great spot that is central and walkable, this is the place. It is in a historic building on Main Street and we were able to walk everywhere. The place was clean and comfortable with bathrooms in almost every room. Keegan was also a great host and very responsive, which we all appreciated!

The location is 2nd to none. Better than a ski in /ski out. Located ON main street and 3min walk to the Gondola. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Super clean and updated. Manager was super friendly and prompt. Have stayed there 2 years in a row and will make it 3 next year. Don't waste your time and money being on the mountain. This is THE place.

Williams House provided the best accommodations for my 30th birthday in Breck this past weekend. Majority of the group traveled from out of state, so the 7 parking spots and accessibility to Main St. and the gondola made our weekend super convenient. Throughout the trip multiple people kept commenting on “how perfect this location is!” We were only there two nights but with easy access to so many bars and restaurants, the out of towners were overjoyed they were able to maximize their stay and have a cozy home to come back to whenever they needed a break from skiing, to warm up, hangout in the hot tub, etc. The house was very clean and comfortable and made for the perfect homebase. We absolutely loved it!! Thanks Keegan, we’ll be back :)

We stayed for a ski weekend with a big group, around 14-15 adults. Plenty of space, each bedroom had its own bathroom which was really nice. The owner was very good at communicating. The stay was a little more pricey than I had in mind but the location is unbeatable, especially when accommodating such a large group. A couple small things that needed fixing that was alerted to the management, but the place was in great shape otherwise. The hot-tub was shared between our group and the people staying in the place adjacent. All around it was an awesome time and exactly what we were looking for, would recommend if you're willing to spend the money! Well managed.

To accommodate 8 men and have room to still have privacy is no easy feat. This rental did just that and more. After a long day of skiing and being able to ski in was just what we needed. Being right on Main Street, the ability to walk to the store, a restaurant, or bar was convienent and safer than having to drive around. Every morning we were able to pop by the donut shop to get a warm breakfast before walking around the corner to get on the Gondola to hit the slopes. The Host was always available and even called to check in on things when we arrived. This will be a repeat rental if and when we return to Breckenridge.

This home exceed our expectations! It is beautifully decorated and fully stocked, making our stay so enjoyable. Location was in the heart of town so everyone was able to access skiing and shopping right outside our door. Would definitely return to this home.

This property has been fully updated to be the ultimate rental. Every room has their own bathroom, which makes it very convenient and private. We had 7 guys for a golf trip and everyone had their own space. The location on Main street is the cherry on top. You can walk to everything in town, which makes a 10:00pm cookie run accessible.

This home was amazing! The location couldn’t be better for going places in the town of Breckenridge. The outside size is deceiving. Then you go in and there are seven beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space for a big group to hang out. We had a wonderful time! Recommended for any large group of people. Keegan was responsive and great!!
