I have been going to Breckenridge since 1989, and I have stayed in many different properties. This property was everything we needed. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped- the only thing I found missing for us was a pizza cutter😆. It was myself and my 3 kids (16,19,21). So from their perspective- the WiFi, TV selection, and private hot tub were awesome. There is a full size W/D. There is room for at least 10 people to sleep if need be, although, it would be crowded in the living room, etc. The bathrooms are dated but still nice and didn’t bother us at all. The water pressure was adequate and the 4 of us could take a shower and not run out of hot water (an issue in the past).
If you are familiar with Breck and the Snowflake lift, it is close but not ski-in/ski-out. It faces Kings Crown road and is 1 block from the lift. Having said that, I would still stay here again as it is well worth the little effort. We rented from Charter at Blue Sky, stored our equipment there, and easily walked there. I will say the trek back up the little hill was a little harder for me, but my kids were jogging up it- oh to be young again!
The free Breck bus stop is right across the street from the front door. We did not use it, but I thought that was a definite plus.
My only negative would be that the garage was tiny. I have a Ford Explorer and did not feel comfortable trying to get it in there, although, I’m sure it would fit. We just parked right outside the door.
All in all I give it a 9+/10
