"Very spacious & perfect for what we needed. I was a little disappointed that the lift wasn’t in use as it makes life difficult with a baby. We received 2 emails with access codes on, I thought they were the same & that we hadn’t received the code for the carpark so contacted an out of hours number & the service was fantastic, sorted it within a couple of minutes. "The hotel was really good. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Ample parking included in price and decent swimming pool with steam room and sauna. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was out of action. The food was really good. The view from rooms on the ground floor was nothing special. "

"We wanted a location close to the town centre and you can't get much closer than this. We were also fortunate to get free parking in one of the few spaces just outside the main entrance although I believe there is convenient and reasonably priced parking nearby. "We were really disappointed as the description said there was a bar and restaurant which my colleague and I needed to work together before eating in the evening. We had to go into the breakfast room which is exactly what it was. The second evening we joined colleagues at the pub down the road which was very comfortable, good G&T and food fine.
