She upgraded me to a creekside cabin, which was so cozy and had the best vibes the moment I walked in. Check-in was effortless, and her customer service was truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return to the property — and to see Marcayla again. Thank you for such an amazing experience!"

"Everything was great! The only thing we would change is the setup of the breakfast buffet. Having the waffle irons in the center of the buffet caused unnecessary, long lines. Move the waffle irons to their own table and put the eating utensils at the end of the buffet. Or have a staff member pre-make the waffles."

"I enjoyed the stay. Very nice room and great views. I am unhappy with the fact the I was charged by hotels com and the hotel itself. I overpayed for one night for sure. I will attempt to request a refund for being charged twice. "
