「Wonderful property with great amenities. Two very comfortable double beds. A lovely welcome from the host and some local cake cheese, eggs and crisps provided. Very happy with out stay and would have no hesitation in recommending it」

「Beautifully presented cottage, lovely homely feel. Great location just between Woodhall Spa and Horncastle and not too far from Lincoln too. Lots places to visit nearby even though u are in the middle of nowhere with a fantastic view. 」

「The cottage itself was beautiful. Clean, tidy and well looked after. You must buy from their online shop ! The location is a bit out of the way for some but only a short drive to everywhere else. Just be mindful about going out of season as things will be closed. We, & my fur baby, loved the peace and quiet and the feel of the cottage. A must is Welly boots in the winter.」
