「Very clean and organized! Great location!」

「I pulled into the property late in the evening and the only cars in the dark parking lot I assume belonged to the minimal staff. Hotel and surrounding property were deserted. If it wasn’t so late at night I would not have even checked in. After being shown the room, I left immediately and booked another hotel nearby. Not sure what is going on there, but it must be some sort of scam. The two staff members were kind and maybe understood why I left? Avoid at all costs.」

「Rooms clean but old. Mattresses were sinking. No privacy you can ear people talk next door. Staff no smile, no hello not very welcoming. You walk in and they keep their head down. As for the breakfast, coffee horrible, pastries were dried and old from a few days. Bathroom a person barely fits in. The floor in the elevator feels as if you’re gonna go through also sinking in. I don’t recommend.」

「Very nice location, great view from our enormous balcony, just fantastic. Access was a bit difficult as Google Maps didn't exactly take us to the right spot. Communication with the host was delayed but thankfully a neighbour nearby helped us out. A hint to all hosts, make communications a high priority. Guests and travellers do not know there way around and they need all the help they can get. We would stay there again.」

「Property was very unique and quaint. Our bed was a little uncomfortable and the walls/floors are a little thin so we could hear other guests easily. Breakfast was good & in a cute little kitchen! 」

「Personale gentilissimo, camera sufficientemente pulita ed in ordine, colazione servita al tavolo ma varia ed abbondante (a noi è stata servita quella dolce e non posso dare indicazioni se esiste anche una versione salata, ma presumo di si perché la struttura ha anche il ristorante). Bella location immersa nella campagna abruzzese che offre un panorama spettacolare che spazia fino al mare.」

「Il dettaglio che salta subito all'occhio appena si entra all'Hotel Villa Elena è l'accoglienza del personale. Tutti col sorriso, disponibili e accoglienti. La stanza era semplice ma completa di tutto. Bella piscina con animazione per i bambini, ma piacevole anche per gli adulti. Hotel completo di tutto: bar, ristorante, pizzeria. La cena accompagnata dal piano bar è stata una bella sorpresa. Hotel assolutamente consigliato」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert und angenehm. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass komplette Pflegeartikel inklusive Zahnbürste vorhanden waren. Zusätzlich gab es eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle, was den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler gemacht hat. Der Strand ist in nur etwa 7 Minuten erreichbar und auch das Zentrum liegt ganz in der Nähe. Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.」

「駅からメイン通り一本で徒歩圏。新市街や海岸に近く、便利なロケーション。歴史ある邸宅を改装された建物はおしゃれで清潔。スタッフもにこやかに対応してくださり、とても心地よく滞在できました。朝食はどれも美味しかったです。ディナーでレストランを利用しましたが、創作イタリアンは目でも舌でも楽しめました。夏のテラス席は気持ちよくレストランスタッフの対応も素晴らしくぜひまた利用したいです。」
