The staff was really first class and the food was excellent. The hotel is spacious, quiet, and comfortable. A steal at this price, but imagine it will be much more expensive when the transition is complete.

We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away.

Very run-down and very dirty!!! Luckily, i brought disinfectant wipes. Caeoet was so gross and mobed a table to get to an oulet and there was a thick layer of dust+holes in walls and doors, stains on same plus on carpet. 9am, housekeeper walks in without knocking!!!! (Just out of shower)

The air conditioning was not working and, with the warm weather, we slept poorly. The property could be better cleaned and maintained. However, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was pleasant and the food good.

Pictures of hotel room were a bit deceiving. Looked very clean, but our rooms carpet was very dirty with stains all over it. Private bathroom was extremely small & dirty. Wouldn’t recommend.

I was really disappointed with my stay. The carpet in the room was very dirty, and there was an overwhelming chemical smell. It seemed like the leather couch had just been treated with some kind of strong product, and the odor was so intense we couldn’t sleep properly even with wndows open. The staff didn’t even try to address the issue. Also, at check in, they took a copy of my passport without asking my consent. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. Definitely not staying there again.

The room was big, very clean, the bed was really comfy and the stuff (we engaged with Claire at the reception, she was extremely helpful and polite) was great. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come to the area again, we will stay here without hesitation.

Bon séjour au calme, très bonne literie. J’ai très bien dormi. L’ensemble de la chambre est un petit peu vieillotte mais ça convient tout à fait pour passer une bonne nuit, j’y reviendrai.

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk personnel. Very helpful. The only complaint we had about the entire stay (not related to hotel) was the cost of taxi service from hotel to airport -- 5 minute ride was $25 one-way. In Spain, we paid $10 or less for a 20-min taxi. Not sure why France is so much higher, especially for a short drive. Other than that, this hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms, and great food!

Bonjour, bon accueil notamment au restaurant bar, chambre spacieuse, néanmoins manque seche cheveux, pas de dosette de café remis lors de plusieurs nuité, sur la partie hotel les tasses café ne sont pas nettoyées alors qu''aucune éponge ou produit n'est laissé à disposition. Domage pour le hammam fermé.

Rooms a little tired, toilet in room has a weird smell but the beds are king size and very comfortable perfect for sleeping after long journeys. Quiet and perfect as an overnight

Tout bon et bel, mais une nuit après un donner la-bas, j’ai vomis et j’ai fait une intoxication alimentaire après avoir mangé avec ma fille une pizza dans leur restaurant, pizza avec poisson, ma fille n’a pas vomis, mais elle aussi n’a pas pu dormir toute la nuit, et a eu mal de ventre et indigestion toute la journée après, J’ai signalé cela à la réception, pas des excuses, a été laissé en silence, bien sur le fibner en dusvutio. a ete facturee….pas des exvuses et rien fait pour calmer le prejudice ….je trouve inaccrotable pour un hotel qui sexdeclzre de 4* mais ne l'edt pas, au judte hitel que de 3* …on est des clients abuses???

Moisissure et Négligence

Le service de cet hôtel est indigne d’un établissement 4 étoiles, et les photos ci-jointes en témoignent. Le niveau de saleté est écœurant. Partout, la moisissure s'est installée : sur les murs, dans les gels douche, sur les pales de la climatisation… C'est dégoûtant et inquiétant pour la santé. Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles. Les miniatures de gel douche ? Inexistantes. À la place, une pompe remplie de moisissure. Les peignoirs promis sont eux aussi absents. Tout est à revoir. Le nombre de photos étant limité, je ne peux pas tout montrer, mais pour donner un aperçu : une bouilloire pleine de calcaire, des rideaux déchirés, et surtout, de la moisissure partout. Cet établissement ne mérite clairement pas ses 4 étoiles. De plus, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas, et après 30 minutes, seul un souffle d'air frais sortait des pales couvertes de moisissure. Pour éviter de respirer cet air vicié, j'ai dû éteindre l'appareil. Face à cette situation, un simple « désolé » et l'excuse « il nous manque du personnel de ménage » sont inacceptables. C’est tolérer un environnement insalubre. Bien sûr, même après avoir montré les photos prouvant l'état lamentable des lieux, aucun geste commercial n’a été fait, montrant clairement leur indifférence. De plus, j'avais demandé une chambre "très calme", mais on m'a placé juste devant les ascenseurs. Là encore ! Je préfère en rester là, mais le manque de considération pour l'hygiène et le bien-être des clients résume bien l'expérience.

L hôtel ,bien qu il nécessite une rénovation est confortable et les chambres sont très propres. Un vrai bémol tout de même pour le spa fermé quand les images de l hôtel nous montre une superbe piscine en amont des rénovation. En tant que voyageur professionnel je l accepte. Si j étais venu à titre personnel cela aurait eu le dont de me mettre en colère
