The room was big, very clean, the bed was really comfy and the stuff (we engaged with Claire at the reception, she was extremely helpful and polite) was great. We enjoyed our stay, and if we come to the area again, we will stay here without hesitation.

Rooms a little tired, toilet in room has a weird smell but the beds are king size and very comfortable perfect for sleeping after long journeys. Quiet and perfect as an overnight

The staff was wonderful, especially the front desk personnel. Very helpful. The only complaint we had about the entire stay (not related to hotel) was the cost of taxi service from hotel to airport -- 5 minute ride was $25 one-way. In Spain, we paid $10 or less for a 20-min taxi. Not sure why France is so much higher, especially for a short drive. Other than that, this hotel is very comfortable, spacious rooms, and great food!

Bonjour, bon accueil notamment au restaurant bar, chambre spacieuse, néanmoins manque seche cheveux, pas de dosette de café remis lors de plusieurs nuité, sur la partie hotel les tasses café ne sont pas nettoyées alors qu''aucune éponge ou produit n'est laissé à disposition. Domage pour le hammam fermé.

Very run-down and very dirty!!! Luckily, i brought disinfectant wipes. Caeoet was so gross and mobed a table to get to an oulet and there was a thick layer of dust+holes in walls and doors, stains on same plus on carpet. 9am, housekeeper walks in without knocking!!!! (Just out of shower)

Great Airport stop over

Stays here with our 2 kids after flying into Bordeaux late. Adjoining rooms were fantastic, staff were super friendly and the breakfast was great also. I was able to walk to airport to collect rental car next morning. Perfect if needing to be close to the airport.

Buen hotel, buen precio, gran desayuno.

Hotel limpio, las camas y ropa de cama muy cómoda , el desayuno buffet, genial, mucha variedad, podía elegir entre desayunos tipo europeo, americano, con dulces típicos de la zona, y el personal muy amable. Incluso tenían puesto de carga para vehículos eléctricos e híbridos enchufables. A 11km del centro de Burdeos, está muy bien comunicado. Buen hotel para pasar unos días.

Good. But Not walkable from the Airport in 15mins

Good hotel. Close to the airport - NOT A WALK. Need to get the tram or a taxi. There are closer hotels. Rooms were fine. Beds comfortable and breakfast was good, plenty of options. The hotel is looking a little tired in decor and room specification.

We appreciated having the option of a small kitchen. We also liked how roomy our room was with a nice leather couch and big windows that opened for fresh air. Our room was clean and comfortable and very quiet. Overall we were pleased and would stay here again when arriving or leaving Bordeaux as the airport is only two train stops away.

Du bon et du moins bon

Bon accueil (Kate), parking gratuit, proche sortie de périphérique. Hall réception, couloirs, salle restaurant très agréable. A l'inverse de la chambre, grande, bien insonorisée mais qui mérite un sérieux rafraîchissement, ça gâche un peu l'ensemble. 120 € la nuit, on peut s'attendre à mieux. PdJ de qualité.

Tres bon hôtel d'affaires. Dommage qu'il y a baucoup d'enfants pendant les mois d'été. Gênant au petit-déjeuner, mais supportable. Gobalement, l'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres communicantes sont parfaites. Spacieuses et tres bien équipées. Il y a même une kitchenette ! Le parking fermé et surveillé est très appréciable. Je conseille cet hotel !

The air conditioning was not working and, with the warm weather, we slept poorly. The property could be better cleaned and maintained. However, the staff were friendly, and the restaurant was pleasant and the food good.
