Novotel Köln City
Everything was good, breakfast and room was fine. Service at Bar & Restaurant was perfect and your waitress were kind and helpful! Garafe was good and easy to access. All the best!!

Absolutely perfect location for karneval. Close to everything you need to have a good time. Great restaurants and bars nearby, transit is 30 seconds outside the hotel, can't ask for a better spot. Room was a reasonable size, staff were friendly, location and price were good. I would have preferred the option to make a cup of tea on my room. Unfortunately I was unwell during my stay, ( not the hotels fault). Having the facilities to make a hot drink in my room would have been most welcome. ...
