「The property itself is pretty shabby. The man at the desk was helpful and responsive. We asked for a quiet room and got one. There were no extra blankets in the room; the air conditioning called for that. Breakfast was meagre...coffee ok.」

I was then moved to a smaller room with full-size beds, even though I had specifically reserved a room with queen-size beds. I did not receive the room I booked. The second room also had a bad smell.
