"Excellent location for everything like Lotte World, Department store, Lotte mall, mart, bus and subway station with good view( I booked room with lake view. Many excellent restaurants. When you arrive the Hotel the staff greet you with great respect. They are ready to help you. Very good size, clean and cozy room. Very comfortable bed. Whenever I come to Korea I stay here. "

The laundry service, Bekitts eatery, morning breakfast at Poissions! The gym and pool amazing! Free yoga on weekends! The flowers, lighting all around intimate and subtle! Andy Moon and Mr Kyle had time for conversation as if old friends! There is no deciding!! Book here! It’s above and beyond all the other hotels! We booked the 2 level top floor! Worth every penny!"

"Very nice property and a pretty good deal if you can get a promotional price. We paid around $200 per night thru hotels.com and felt it was well worth it. The location is a little out of the way, which we preferred as it was much quieter at night. It was still central enough to walk to subways and easy to grab taxis. There are some fine options for food and drinks within walking distance, but it’s worth venturing out more as transport is not expensive. The staff are all friendly and accommodating, especially the valet / bellmen. We had no issues with noise (but we did request a quiet room, so you can do that for good measure). "
