This is definitely a hotel I would return to on my next trip to Korea! The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, with a different menu every day, which I really appreciated. The only minor inconvenience was that the swimming pool required a reservation and had limited hours, but I plan to book it in advance next time. All the staff were incredibly kind and explained everything in detail, which made the stay even more pleasant. The parking lot is spacious, and the elevators are easy to access, so getting around the building is very convenient. One of the biggest advantages is that the hotel building itself has many restaurants and fun spaces for kids, along with great amenities like a convenience store, hospital, and pharmacy—all in the same building, so you don’t have to go far. The surrounding area is quiet since it’s mostly office buildings. If you don’t have a car, I highly recommend using the hotel shuttle—it makes getting to nearby stations and bus stops very easy and comfortable. Since we stayed for a week, the laundry facilities were a huge plus. They have both washers and dryers, and everything worked perfectly—plus they use Samsung machines, which was great. Overall, we had a wonderful stay without a single inconvenience. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again on my next trip to Korea!

Nice and clean property. The rules for swimming pool were pretty strict. Only 90 mins allowed to use per night. There are lots of dining options and kids' play areas around the hotel. The connected mall was great. The staff was ok but not that kind or welcoming.

We love this hotel!

This is a great place for a quick 하캉스. Check-in was smooth. The front desk staff all seem to speak English well. We loved our room, especially our 5-year-old son. It was clean with an attractive view outside. The mall conveniently connected to the hotel is bright and spacious with a variety of restaurants and fun places to spend time with children. The swimming pool is very nice! The fitness room has several treadmills, an adjustable flat bench, a dumbbell rack with a wide range of weights, a foldable exercise mat and even foam rollers. The fitness room itself is small but has what you need if you know what you're doing. The breakfast buffet was very good with a decent variety of well-prepared foods! The price is pretty good, especially compared to other buffet restaurants and hotel buffets these days. All the staff we encountered were kind as well. We definitely look forward to coming here again when we need a quick getaway from our daily routine.
