"All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful as well as being kind and professional. We particularly appreciated Julia's caring touch, to proactively looking after comfort of the guests who were yet to arrive at the hotel late at night, and offered an upgrade of our room. We also appreciated Ethan's helpfulness and kindness with his bellman service, handling our luggage from our room to load up to our cab all by himself. Eunkyung from the restaurant, Demetre, was also very nice and friendly, recognizing us from having breakfast everyday and serving us coffee daily proactively. Overall, it was such a pleasant experience that we hope to come back for a long term stay."
